City Of Eureka Springs North Main Property
The City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas is accepting sealed bids for real property located on North Main Street in Eureka Springs. The legal description of the North Main property is MAIN ST ESD N POINT F&B-L 16,17 F-L, 16 & 17 B-L, BLOCK 214, RILEY & ARMSTRONG.
The City of Eureka Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal bid deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
Sealed bids must be received at City Hall, Office of the Mayor, 44 South Main, Eureka Springs, Arkansas 72632 no later than 10:00AM on Thursday June 9th, 2022. All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope “North Main Real Property Bid’.
